Dark Ether

Overview:

Agents James Reeves and Jessica Taylor are tracking a serial rapist, Dark Ether. He prowls into the dark shadows in Cleveland. Victims can't identify the masked attacker but it appears he's expanding his hunting and new fixations of evil.
